These machines regardless of the model produce safe drinking water at hot and cold temperatures. Some models produce ambient water.
How do I know when to change filters?
There are models that prompt when it is time to replace the filters, specifically the models PRESTIGE 3000 and ULTRA H04. For all other models, filter replacement is done every 6 months for particular filters, and every 12 months for other filters.
Please click HERE for your guide for the periodic filter replacement. Please take note however that it is only a general guide because your filter lifespan would vary depending on various factors such quality of water, consumption of filtered water, and water pressure.

As a safety precaution, please ensure that the machine is unplugged from the electrical outlet, and the water gate valve is shut off when changing filters.
