FAYXN’s First General Assembly
Right after the breakfast event at the Edsa Shangri-la Hotel follows another occasion that happened for the very first time since the company started. Now that the FAXYN family is starting to grow, the company held their very first general assembly at our Customer Service Care Center located at Quezon Avenue last Friday, July 3 2020. Guests who attended were still limited to those who were given an invitation and the top sellers incentive award in order to comply with the social-distancing protocol mandated by the government. Sellers who were not able to attend the assembly joined the event via webinar jam, a livestreaming platform where they could have access to the program in real time.
The program composed of the monthly promos, reminders, guidelines and lastly- the seller’s incentives. It came off as more of an orientation for the sellers rather than having icebreaker activities that will lead them to break the social distancing rules. It went pretty well for a first general assembly despite the pandemic. The message and purpose of the company was relayed and embraced by hearts of the sellers. Not only were they motivated in coming up with sales for the company, but to be able to change the lives of others with our advance water technology.
